⚙️ How it works

Damp walls naturally generate an electrical potential difference that causes water to rise from the ground. It emits a very low-frequency electromagnetic field that reverses the polarity of water molecules within porous materials (brick, stone, etc.).

→ This polarity change forces moisture to move back down by gravity towards the foundations.

🛠️ Installation recommendations

• 📍 Height: install between 30 and 100 cm above the floor

• 📏 Distance: at least 1.50 m from any electronic device

• 🧱 Surface: load-bearing damp wall only (never on a partition wall or lining)

• 🖼 Mounting: like a wall frame — do not move after installation

• ⚡ Power: must remain plugged in permanently (very low consumption)

💡 Tips for optimal drying

• 🔧 Remove waterproof coatings: scrape 10 to 20 cm above the affected area to let the wall breathe

• 💨 Ensure good ventilation: MVHR/VMC, air vents, doors trimmed by 1.5–2 cm

• 🧱 Restore walls after drying: brush off surface salts, then apply a lime render with an anti-salt additive

• 🌧 Add drainage if needed: in case of lateral infiltration or water pressure
