🏠 ATE LC30 Light Grey – Electromagnetic device for drying walls
A durable solution against rising damp
Wall dampness often comes from rising damp, a natural phenomenon where groundwater rises through porous materials such as brick or stone. This issue affects both older and newer buildings, leading to mould, visible deterioration, poor insulation, and discomfort.
It is an electromagnetic polarity inverter designed to dry damp walls without chemicals. It offers a gradual drying method that is respectful of materials.
⚙️ How ATE LC30 works
Each wall generates a natural electrical potential with the ground, which promotes water rising. It acts directly on the root cause by emitting very low-frequency electromagnetic pulses that reverse the polarity of water within the walls.
Water molecules are then redirected back towards the ground and gradually evaporate, enabling durable drying without damaging the structure.

💡 Using ATE LC30
It is a non-invasive solution for rising damp. It gradually pushes moisture back towards the ground, allowing walls to dry while preserving the structure and indoor comfort.
Expected results: complete drying within 18 to 24 months depending on configuration and installation. (note: “complete” is a strong claim)
🛠️ Installation tips
-
Positioning: 30 cm to 1 m above the floor on a damp load-bearing wall, never on lining (drywall, insulation, etc.).
-
Distance: minimum 1.5 m from electronic or electrical devices.
-
Mounting: hang like a picture frame and do not move after installation.
-
Power: plugged in continuously, low consumption.
✅ Tips for optimal drying
-
Remove waterproof coatings 10–20 cm above damaged areas.
-
Ensure good ventilation (MVHR/VMC, window vents, properly adjusted doors).
-
After drying, brush off surface salts and apply a lime render with an anti-salt additive.
-
Install drainage if lateral infiltration is related to hydrostatic pressure.
⚠️ Important information
Results depend on thickness, material, coatings, and following the instructions.
The device does not replace treatments for:
-
Active water infiltration
-
Flooding
-
Existing mould
➡️ These issues must be treated separately to ensure durable drying.
