🏠 Wall drying – Geomagnetic polarity inverter against dampness | ATG LC30 White
A natural solution against rising damp – No electricity, no maintenance
ATG LC30 is an innovative geomagnetic device designed to effectively treat wall dampness, particularly rising damp.
This natural phenomenon occurs when water in the ground rises through porous materials such as brick or stone. It acts at the source of the problem by emitting a passive geomagnetic field that reverses the polarity of the water — with no electricity, batteries, or maintenance.

📌 Best practices for maximum effectiveness
🛠️ Installation on a shelf or inside a piece of furniture (under certain conditions)
This device can be placed on a shelf or inside a closed unit (wardrobe, cupboard) on the ground floor, under these conditions:
-
The support must be stable and secured to prevent any movement
-
The device must be firmly fixed with strong double-sided tape or a stable base
-
Position it between 1.50 m and 2.00 m above the floor
-
At least 1.50 m away from any electrical source (excluding standard sockets)
-
Oriented towards magnetic north (compass or app)
📌 Once installed, the device must not be moved.
👉 It is not necessary to place it directly on a damp wall. Positioning it in the centre of the treated area often ensures optimal distribution of the geomagnetic field.
💨 Ventilation
-
Ensure adequate ventilation in the home
-
Install an MVHR/VMC system if necessary
-
Check that doors are correctly undercut (1.5–2 cm)
-
Add window vents if needed
🧱 Preparatory work
-
Remove waterproof coatings at the base of the wall (10 cm above damp marks)
-
Wait 18 to 24 months for complete drying before any renovation
🧼 Wall restoration
-
Brush off surface salts
-
Redo renders with a lime mortar and an anti-salt additive for long-lasting protection
🌧 Drainage (in case of lateral infiltration)
-
Install a perimeter drain to prevent water build-up around the foundations
⚠️ Important note
It is designed to treat rising damp only. It does not replace:
-
Waterproofing against water infiltration coming from cracks or slopes
-
Managing damage related to flooding
-
Treating mould already present on the surface
➡️ These issues must be treated separately to ensure complete protection.
